Our lowest mortgage rate guarantee is designed to help you shop for your mortgage with confidence, and ensure you are getting the best possible rate with Altrua – without sacrificing a high quality of service.

The following points will help clarify our offer.

• The Rate Guarantee applies to owner-occupied, primary residence purchases only.
• Offer applies to first-lien mortgages only.
• In order to participate, a mortgage application must be submitted to Altrua before any competitive offers will be considered.
• Altrua will consider competitive offers for similar mortgages, with similar or identical terms and flexibilities. The similarity of mortgages is the sole discretion of Altrua.
• The mortgage must be insured or insurable.
• Any competitive offer must be a written Full Approval by a competing lender within Altrua’s designated lending areas.
• If a more competitive offer is presented, Altrua will offer its low rate with a $500 payment after the closing date.
