Rate Guarantee Details

  • After applying for a mortgage with Altrua Financial, if you find a better rate on your primary owner-occupied residence we will beat it OR give you $500 after closing the mortgage with Altrua Financial.
  • All rates are available On Approved Credit and are subject to terms. Applying for a rate does not guarantee any borrower the rate – the borrower must meet Altrua Financial (Brokerage) and Lender criteria to qualify for any rate with this Brokerage.
  • The mortgage must be for a HOME PURCHASE, 5 year fixed or variable term and have similar or better fine print benefits.
  • A competitive full mortgage approval must be shown to us in writing within 7 days after your application with us.
  • ‘Effective rates’ do not qualify – the competitive rate must be seen in a major lender approval document.
  • The mortgage needs to be insured or insurable.  Uninsured mortgages including rental property, refinance, 30-year amortization do not qualify under our rate guarantees.
  • Rate Guarantee offer is subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of Altrua Financial Inc. or any of its employees. For example, market-based increases or fluctuations in mortgage rates may periodically prevent Altrua Financial from competing with a previously approved mortgage rate offer from a lender.
  • Applies to first mortgages only. Guarantees are not subject to second mortgages, private financing or alternative financings.
