Comprehensive Advice Only Financial Planning

With Brent Richardson, CFP and Owner Altrua Financial Inc.

*Complimentary with your mortgage*

Get unbiased, objective advice only/fee only financial planning. No insurance sales, mutual fund sales or high fee investment management so there is no conflict of interest and your best result is kept foremost.

We start by reviewing your financial picture and your different priorities and goals. We then form a plan to balance your priorities and determine a clear path to achieve them. We seek opportunities and find efficiencies for interest saving, income tax savings and other benefits wherever possible.

We can review your investment portfolio and rate it for performance. We typically recommend the implementation of simple, low cost index based investment strategies that diversify in thousands of companies over several geographies.

The result is clear answers to your questions regarding mortgage freedom sooner vs investing, how much you can safely spend, when you can retire and with how much monthly income, and other major life goals. Your plan will be easy to follow and provide confidence and lasting peace of mind.

Our fee only financial plans are complimentary with your mortgage. If not completing a mortgage with Altrua, the cost is $999 for a single individual and $1499 for a couple. For this you get an initial consultation/ discussion, delivery of the plan, and a follow up meeting after 3 months to ensure you’re on track. I will provide unlimited answers to your questions over phone and email for the year as you implement the plan.

For the one time upfront cost, the savings can easily be in the tens of thousands of dollars over the years vs standard commission based financial planning.

Follow up meetings are available for $750 in future years. These meetings are typically helpful once every few years if there are changes to your situation, goals or plan.

Benefits of the fee only financial plan include:

  • Goals Planning: Clarify and prioritize your short and long term goals, with actionable steps to reach them.
